  • Applicants must be Indiana residents for a minimum of two years.
  • Applicants must provide documentation of being accepted into three different exhibitions  in the last five years along with the artist’s resume. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Contact the new member chair for details.
  • Applicants must bring three pieces of artwork to the jurying session or provide a CD of three images of work

Upon acceptance, new member pays a one-time $50 application fee.  For complete information and specifications

At this time we are not accepting digitally enhanced paintings or reproductions of original artwork in any form.

CD Specifications

A CD with images of the three required works may be submitted in lieu of bringing actual artwork to the jury session.  In addition a fourth image showing a detail of how the work is framed is also required. Viewing of the original artwork by the jurors may better represent the quality of your work and is strongly encouraged.

The images on the CD must be in JPG format, 300 dpi. Size of digital image must not exceed 1920 pixels on one side. Please mark your CD with a permanent marker.

Each of the four images of required works must be labeled with the following:

  • Your name
  • Title of work
  • Size of work
  • Medium

3-D Work/Sculpture

Provide 2-3 views of the each work submitted. Each image of the three required works must be labeled with the following:

  • Your name
  • Title of work
  • Size of work
  • Weight & medium
